Steeples in sight now

I was pretty happy to win the 3000m at the Briggs Athletics Classic in 9.04.  I led from the start and it took me the first few laps to get a feel for the right pace.  The conditions and the atmosphere of the crowd were fantastic.  It wasn’t easy running on my own but I felt good bringing home the last km in 2.55.  I like running in Hobart.  I will start thinking about steeplechase again now- the Melbourne Grand Prix (21/2) and the Brisbane Nationals (29/2).
